Please try the following:

1. Reboot your PC
2. Uninstall the software
3. Go to c:\program files (x86) and remove the following folders: myibay and myibidder
4. Reboot your PC again
5. Download and install the software

Myibidder stand alone will not start/launch on Windows 10 Home(64) PC

Windows Ver: 1703 build 15063.296

Uninstalled and reinstalled software. No help.
