Seems like a problem with your settings. Maybe it's a firewall issue or something similar.
I use Firefox myself for a long time with no problems.
Please try to disable Firefox add-ons or use another another browser to check.

When I try to use myibay, it locks up immediately after I enter my user name and password and click LOGIN. I have Windows XP with Firefox. Also, I have reloaded the software multiple times. (Done with a complete format and OS install). Thanks. K.
