Please try the following:
Remove the app, reboot your PC, then delete folders "Myibidder" and "Myibay" in your "Program files".
Then reboot your PC again and reinstall the software.

Hello - I just installed Windows 10 yesterday, but when I click on the Myibidder icon, it seems like it's trying to load; but then nothing. It worked great on Windows 8; now I can't get it to open.
Any ideas or help? I'm not an expert by any means.
