Most of the confirmations can be disabled in Settings - Interface - Do not display confirmation messages.
Some of the messages are still coming up, but will be disabled in the future versions.

Can you add checkbox to turn off confirmation windows eq. when I updating several items in list, or importing several items from Watching List.
That confirmation windows is really preventing comfortably working with app.
