The registration key comes with Order Confirmation e-mail which was sent to your primary e-mail specified in your PayPal account.

If your e-mail account has a spam filter which can filter good e-mail into spam, you may want to check your junk folder as well.

If you deleted that e-mail, please send me your PayPal transaction id of the payment using Contact form and I'll re-send it to you.
