In any case, if you decide to put Chrome back, you could try to use IE button on it as I suggested above.

I dont have it installed - I still have FF - just don't use it any more so its a pain to have to fire it up just for one thing - they also announced yesterday that they will support addons in the future - probably via seamonkey or similar - so you can bet its going to be soon knowing the G.

AFAIK, Google Chrome does not support 3rd party add-ons so far.
However, you can try MS IE way to add a link/button on the toolbar. Something similar to:
