Sounds like some conflict in your Windows configuration.

Please try the following:
1. Reboot your PC
2. Uninstall the sniper software
3. Navigate to "c:\program files (x86)" and delete folders myibay and myibidder
4. Reboot your PC
5. Download and install the software

I have used the standalone desktop app for many years and now when I click the icon or try to run the progam (on Windows 10) the program doesn't start. I uninstalled and reinstalled the standalone app and the same thing happens; the little windows circle turns like it is thinking and then just quits, without the app ever starting. Please help.
