I entered all the information including the item number and all information came up correctly I then put in my bid and hit save as soon as I did it started to save and immediately shut down and did not save... How do I save it so that the bid goes through?

I put in all the information including item number and it shows up correctly and my bid is in there but when I push the save button it starts to say that it is saving and then immediately shuts off before it is saved
