Seems like permission issue.
Uninstall the program, reboot your PC, re-download and install it again.

I have used eBay successfully in Windows for years. I had to reinstall recently and now it will not launch. Double clicking the icon gives a brief spinner, then nothing (and program doesn't show as running in task list).

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times - no joy.
Myibidder icon does show in eBay auctions and works fine when I use it. I just can't get the application to launch and show my list of past and pending snipes.

Only recent new program installed is TrueKey password vault.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
