This is not related. There was a network issue on eBay's side which was mentioned on their site: http://www2.ebay.com/aw/announce.shtml
It looks resolved as of now. eBay is usually quick on fixing those issues.

Happened to me several times in the last few weeks, with a web app and desktop, no changes except for this outcome. It sems to be a real problem...

One or two weeks ago read on this forum about refused login problem. It supposed to be resolved. Few minutes ago lost snipe again. I came to conclusion that this service became very unreliable. You can't be sure when snipe will work. I trusted this service again that everything will work. Yet im here very disappointed and angry......
