Each registration key is unique and assigned to the correspondent eBay user id.
You either entering wrong registration key or logged in as different eBay user id so it did not match.
Please check that you enter your registration key correctly and your eBay user matches with the one which is in Order Confirmation e-mail.
If you still have issues, please Contact us with your registration key and eBay user id which you used with your purchase.

When I enter my registration key system seems to accept it. While starting next time, it says that I´m still in evaluation mode with 22 days left. What can I do?
