Did you login into myibay software?
You have to be logged in before starting adding any items.
Please confirm.
P.S.: Next time, please include your item number you are trying to add so I can see it too.

I just downloaded a copy of MYIDBAY and it installed nicely. But I can't get anything to work. I clicked on the "download watchlist" button, nothing happened. I signed into Ebay, still nothing happened. I copy and pasted an item's ID into the field at the bottom left corner or your window, but it gave me an "invalid item number" error. I read thru a ton of your forum messages, but nothing addressed this issue. Please help.
